You are an important part in the telephone service of our customers. In this key role, you are indispensable for strengthening our customer relationships. In addition, as a competent contact person, you help our branches in case of queries.

With your help, our customers feel well looked after and supported. You have a sympathetic expression and bring empathy to the individual situation of our customers. Humans are at the centre of you. You work with our customers and your colleagues in partnership.

We grow and open a new location: Your future workplace will be in our new customer center in Münster. After your introduction phase, you will have the opportunity to work up to 60% from the home office and 40% from our new location - of course together with your new team. Contract: You receive an indefinite contract with 30 holiday days. Payment: We offer you a competitive salary (entry salary: 2.739,00 EUR gross in full time/ 40 hours) Working hours: You have the opportunity to work in full or part-time (from 20 hours a week) Introduction: We make you fit for your future task with us and work for two months in all important topics.
