Supply management in the IT security environment: creation and costing of offerings for cyber security and IT security solutions incl. Voting with manufacturers and distributors Order processing & Order Management: Examination, collection and control of customer orders and coordination of the entire delivery and filling process Contract management: creation, audit and management of contracts, contract changes and terminations in the B2B environment Sales Support & Interface Management: Close cooperation with account managers, customers, support teams and external partners Customer Service & Ticket Management: Processing and Priority of Customer Requests, Accounting Support and Escalations Complaint and complaint management: Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality in the IT security environment

Completed commercial training or study First experience in sales services, inside sales or sales support, ideally in the IT or IT security environment (system house, MSSP) Experience in supply creation, order processing or contract management Structured, process-oriented operation and high detail accuracy Embossed customer orientation and communication strength Safe handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
