You run and run a central department in the Lübeck Chamber of Crafts and thus perform high-level tasks You lead the craftsmanship role and the directories of the non-governmental crafts and craftsmen-like businesses incl. the processing of applications for derogations and opposition procedures You maintain the integrated management system and thus actively contribute to the quality assurance/improvement of the Lübeck Chamber of Crafts You develop organizational and technical measures for a service-oriented and modern department You create a future-oriented administration by introducing new processes and data processing programs and accompanying implementation

You have completed administrative training including Continuing training for the administrative specialist or business economist of the craftsman or completed administrative studies or several years of experience in the field of craft law You have secure application knowledge of MS Office programs and are interested in working on and shaping new programs and IT systems. You have a friendly and service-oriented appearance
