Strategic Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

You develop management cockpits for different management levels and integrierst key figures from systems such as Workday, SAP, Dynamics and operating data sources. You identify possible applications for AI in a secure environment, such as workflow automation or early warning systems with traffic lights. You recommend meaningful frequencies for analysis and business reviews and support the further development of our reporting standards. You accompany transformation and digitization initiatives and take part in independent projects. You research market and competition data through external knowledge platforms and guide strategic action recommendations. In addition, you support the Board of Management in strategic issues and prepare policy bases.

You have a successfully completed study, ideally in business, business informatics or a comparable field. You have over 1-3 years of professional experience. You bring a strong interest in transformation, digitalization and AI and understand their added value for business processes. You work analytically, structured, and you can accurately prepare complex content. You are safe in handling data and ideally have first contact points with ERP, HR or CRM systems. You convince by your own initiative, discretion and clear communication, even in exchange with top management.
