With your expertise, you will work on the personnel matters of the professorial and official staff, each from the entrance to the exit. This includes, for example, the implementation of appeal procedures, the creation of documents, the processing of part-time and parental periods and much more. They are the first contact person*in for our employees in personal-relevant civil-law issues, advise the managers and develop jointly sustainable solutions. They shall take care of the evaluations of the job on the basis of the pay order. This includes the management of job interviews and the subsequent evaluation.
