Team Leader Company Restaurant (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you will ensure the physical well-being of our employees and actively contribute to a well-being atmosphere in our Mainschmecker operating restaurant. Do you have strong leadership qualities and have a sense of efficiency in gastronomy, but do you not want to work on the weekend or until late in the evening? You will ensure a smooth running in our company srestaurant and take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team. If you have any questions about our operating restaurant, you are the first point of contact. You are responsible for the procurement, coordination and organization of the food supply and consumables. You monitor the cash and payment system, calculate the prices and actively participate in the monthly closing. During the organisation and execution of events and corporate celebrations you take a major role. With your Hands-on mentality, you can actively support the team in the day-to-day business.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or Training in the gastronomy sector or comparable. You have several years of professional experience in gastronomy in a comparable position. A pronounced customer-oriented mode of operation is of course for you. High communication capability, as well as a high degree of independence, and self-responsibility distinguish you. You convince with a secure MS Office handling. German language skills complete your profile
