Our insured persons: employees in the public service, students, pupils and children in daycare facilities. Implementation Reha Management: Implementation of an efficient and innovative rehabilitation management with the aim of restoring the insurers' ability to work as quickly as possible medical rehabilitation & professional & social participation: planning, control, accompaniment and evaluation of medical rehabilitation, professional and social participation based on rehabilitation and rehabilitation Participation plans Consultation of insured persons: need-oriented and non-representative advice of insured persons according to the standards of the SGB (SGB VII and SGB IX) and the BTHG Establishment & granting of participation and care services: They are responsible for determining and granting all relevant participation and care services, including supplementary services

A completed study in the context of an accident insurance institution, social security, healthcare or comparable Ideally already practical experience in rehabilitation management Outstanding competence in rehabilitation and holistic consideration of insured persons Very good team and communication skills, high social competence, safe occurrence, negotiation skills, enforcement ability, creativity and vision, resilience as well as a dedicated, reliable and independent way of working Flexibility and high motivation Knowledge of social security law, in particular in the field of benefits for participation in the working life of education and social participation readiness to frequent external services
