Team Leader Principle Operations (m/f/d)

In this function, you take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and are responsible for the control, coordination and organisation of tasks, goals and processes. You continuously promote and develop employees, regularly conduct annual and employee talks and contribute to a powerful and committed team by motivating leadership. You initiate, coordinate and design internal processes and ensure the implementation of key requirements within the team. In addition, you coordinate the management processes and the cutting points within the team and ensure smooth work processes. You bear the overall responsibility in the sense of responsibility for action and results for all tasks, processes and projects assigned to the team. It also includes the creation of instructions for action for the team and for the motorway masters. You shall ensure the proper performance of the tasks and shall ensure compliance with procedures, results, dates and adequate utilization of personnel. In addition, organize and coordinate the operating service and implement the operational and strategic objectives of the Autobahn GmbH for the branch and the external offices. This will be done in close coordination with the responsible management.

You have a completed scientific (technical)higher education in the field of civil engineering with the deepening of roads or comparable expertise, qualifications and relevant experiences. In addition, you will have several years of professional experience in the road business service and have already gained first leadership experience. You have deeper knowledge of road maintenance and road maintenance as well as road traffic law, in particular the Road Transport Act (StVG) and the Road Transport Order (StVO). In addition, you have a well-founded knowledge of the guidelines for securing workstations on roads (RSA) and the additional technical conditions (ZTV SA). We presuppose a valid class B driving permit and the willingness to travel.

That would be desirable: Knowledge in the field of waste management, water and environmental protection as well as in procurement law, in particular the sub-supply regulations (UVgO), the procurement and contract regulations for services (VOL/A) and the procurement and contract regulations for construction services (VOB).
