At station C.318 in the field of childbirth aid and the Wöchnerinnenstation, you contribute significantly to accompany mothers, newborns and their families in a particularly sensitive stage of life. With your commitment, you support the objectives of your department as well as the overarching guidelines of the UKSH, the clinic and the care area.

• Full care and care of women and newborns as part of the weekly bed care

• Monitoring and counselling of parents in the first time after birth

• Support in the promotion of parent-child education and breastfeeding

• Interdisciplinary cooperation with midwives, the medical service and other professional groups

• Participation in ensuring and developing quality standards

This distinguishes you:

• A completed 3-year training as a nurse / nursing professional, health and nursing staff / health and nursing staff (GKP) or health care and children's caregiver / health and child caregiver (GKKP)

• Ideally experience in the field of gynecology and childbirth or the willingness to work on this topic

• Pleasure of cooperative, constructive and interdisciplinary cooperation with all professional groups

• Empathy, sense of responsibility and commitment in dealing with patients, newborns and their families

• A structured and reliable operation
