In the key position of Head of Serial Development (m/w/x), you take over the lead of series development and thus form an essential link in the Leadership Team of the Field of Business. In doing so, you are responsible for the development of series maturity and the market-oriented introduction of replication systems as well as their industrial processes and the associated modules. These replication plants enable strategic partners to produce and produce high quality holographic optical elements (HOEs) based on our specially developed patents and technologies. Your other tasks include: Responsibility for the industrialization of our plants – technical, organizational and process-related – up to successful introduction to international customers

Ensure a stable high-speed of new products, including quality assurance and compliance with all requirements for costs, appointments and industrialisation capability

Close cooperation with the preliminary development in order to make new technologies structured and to ensure a smooth transition to series development

Control of global development partners and active integration of customer requirements to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of technical specifications

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, natural sciences or engineering

Experience in managing international development partners and project teams

Comprehensive knowledge in the development and project management of complex, innovative and interdisciplinary products in the high-tech sector, ideally in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive and/or consumer electronics
