Customer support for corrective and preventive maintenance work: SPS/CNC diagnostics, corrections, modifications / Mechanical tasks as needed / Electrical tasks as needed Coordinating customer warranty cases and claims together with the headquarters in Spain Repair of failures and machine malfunctions Management of Aftersales Project Installations within the Budget Participation in the implementation of aftersales projects Identify after-sales opportunities in customer facilities and communication with the after-sales department Processing of customer requests and appointment coordination with the aftersales department Participation in the development of offers together with the MTD service manager and the MTDI customer service team Identification of improvements for the efficiency of the department and service Cooperation with the Service Manager to organize and carry out training for the other MTD customer service technicians
Successfully completed technical vocational training Professional experience in maintenance of industrial plants Knowledge of PLC SIEMENS STEP 7, FANUC LADDER and SIEMENS 840D + FANUC 15i and 30i are desirable Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Careful and independent operation
