Your tasks: You accompany the order processing from the order receipt to delivery to the customer. You communicate with our customers every day, both in writing and by phone. You coordinate appointment coordination and operational day-to-day business. You check customer records and monitor open positions. You inform customers about stocks and coordinate correction processes. You're archiving master files and archiving order documents. You are in exchange with the Account Management and the departments involved.

Your profile: You have a commercial or technical training or comparable experience. You have first professional experience in the sales service, ideally in the industry. You are safe in handling MS Office and ERP systems. You work service-oriented and have a safe appearance. You master German and English in word and writing.
