Senior Product Owner – Drive our Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

Product Leadership: You transform customer requests into a sharp product backlog. You decide what is being built – and above all why. Face to the Customer: You are the first contact for our customers. You build trusted relationships, recognize their 'Pains' and develop solutions that inspire. Data-Driven Decisions: You don't develop our product vision and roadmap according to belly feeling, but based on hard market, customer and data analyses. In addition to classic performance KPIs, you also evaluate platform performance, user interactions and technical scalability to develop digital solutions in a sustainable manner. Agile Leadership: You control the development process in agile teams (UX, Dev, Marketing) and moderate cross-functional cooperation sovereignly (Scrum/Kanban). Stakeholder Management: You first and priority Product Backlog in close coordination with Business, IT and Design and clearly communicate goals and results to all partners.

Experience and expertise: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the digital environment (as a product owner or project manager*in) and understand digital business models as well as complex CMS and platform architectures in detail. Ideally, you feel comfortable in projects with classic CMS systems (e.g. TYPO3 or comparable solutions) as well as in individual web-tech stacks and have experience with decoupled architectures. Analytical: You think data-driven and recognize optimization potentials in the customer journey immediately. In addition, you understand technical relationships and can evaluate requirements in the context of system architecture and integrations. Structure and Ownership: You are convinced by pronounced organizational capacity, high self-responsibility and a clear prioritization in complex project landscapes. Communication and stakeholder management: You communicate with internal and external stakeholders and move safely in German and English. Location: Ideally, you live near our locations in Cologne or Berlin and are ready to work regularly on site.
