Responsibility for welding technology, surface treatment, electrical installation and assembly Final check of the complete product Disciplinary and professional guidance of about 100 employees Fair and economic management of production Design and optimization of workflows in terms of quality, cost and delivery service Introduction of new manufacturing technologies Implementation of the Lean and KVP philosophy in the area of responsibility

Complete degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in production management or production control Deep knowledge of welding technology, ideally certified welding specialist (SFI / EWE / IWE) Experience with Lean Management Methods and Continuous Improvement (KVP) Leadership experience of large teams (approx. 100 employees)
