Acquisition and support of new and existing customers in the field of optional reinsurance (both group-internal and external) Expansion and maintenance of a network in existing and new reinsurance markets Analysis of customer-specific risks and design of suitable reinsurance structures including subsequent placement Development and implementation of innovative reinsurance concepts Processing of customer data and portfolios as well as analysis and presentation of results Creation and testing of existing and new reinsurance contracts Support for optional damages in cooperation with Claims departments Coordination between customer, reinsurers and external experts

Completed studies in business, finance or insurance or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist, underwriter) At least three years of relevant professional experience in the field of industrial insurance Property/Engineering and ideally professional experience in the optional reinsurance sector as broker / Underwriter Embossed customer orientation as well as secure and addressable communication and presentation skills Interest in cooperation in an international environment and readiness for regular business trips (mainly national) Self-employed working within large-scale projects, problem-solving competence and team skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, French knowledge of advantage Good numerical understanding and mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
