You have a degree in Business Administration or Law with a focus on Human Resources Management, Human Resources Management or a comparable qualification. You have professional experience in a leading position in the personnel sector, preferably in the nursing industry. You have well-founded knowledge of strategic personnel procurement, personnel development, personnel administration and labour law. You have extensive experience in transformation processes and bring profound knowledge in change management. You bring high leadership and conflict resolution skills, strong communication skills and a safe occurrence.
