Responsibility for objects & customer care: independent support of the assigned objects with regular voting dates and direct customer contact on site Coordination of technical services: control and monitoring of all technical services and commissioning and control of external services Quality and performance planning: Planning and implementation of quality improvements and compliance with all operator obligations and contractual requirements Efficient fault management: Fast detection and processing of faults and defects to ensure smooth operation Object visits & maintenance: performing regular object visits to determine, display and control necessary value conservation measures

Completed vocational training in the field of industrial technology or comparable qualifications Ideally professional experience in a comparable position Business knowledge Safe handling of MS Office applications Service orientation, independent operation, communication strength and organizational ability driving licence class B desirable
