Implementation and cross-disciplinary implementation of customer orders with and without project character Tracking performance, ensuring the fulfillment of milestones and, where appropriate, timely initiation and pursuit of corrective measures to comply with performance, deadline and budget requirements Cooperation with relevant areas of production, quality management, purchasing, sales, finance and development Creation of offers and promotional tracking in case of additional services Voting with the customer during the contract term (for example, if changes are made in the performance, appointments or in the case of complaints) Internal and external reporting (e.g. management reviews, customer reviews etc.) Implementation of receivable management and chance and risk management Further development of customer relationships and existing programs with focus on follow-up orders and business opportunities

You have completed university studies in business, engineering or a comparable degree You have relevant professional experience in program or project management as well as management of customer relationships, ideally also in an international environment You have a profound understanding of the principles and relationships of industrial manufacturing processes in the field of electronic systems You are characterized by communication and implementation competence You bring practical experience in dealing with MS Office and SAP and are also familiar with planning processes Good knowledge of English (min. level C1), other foreign languages are advantageous Own initiative, organizational capacity and negotiation skills complete your profile
