You are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to technical and commercial advice to contract negotiations. International. You visit customers, develop new business opportunities and represent Kirsch Pharma in international markets. Commitments expressly desired. Good foundations are: A completed study in the field of life sciences, for example chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or a comparable subject. Experience in international sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry or in the business with pharmaceutical raw materials. The ability to understand complex scientific relationships and to develop convincing solutions for customers. Joy in winning new customers, building relationships and successfully conducting negotiations. Very good knowledge of German and reliable English. Intercultural competence, initiative and the willingness to travel internationally. And at least as important: you do not wait for business to be created. You make sure it is created. Since personal exchange is important to us, you should also be prepared to be present regularly at our site in Salzgitter.
