Junior Project Manager in Team Management

Leadership of the team: You support the management and motivation of our customer service team, promote a positive team culture and promote a productive working atmosphere. Order management: You are responsible for coordinating and monitoring customer requests, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and on time. Quality control: You check our service standards, give feedback and support in the further development of the team members. Communication: You are the interface between team, customers and other departments and provides a smooth flow of information. You have successfully completed a degree in economics or a comparable qualification or training. You are proactive, eager and targeted. You master MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You're an organizational and communication talent. You have an independent and structured way of working. Reliability and team skills are yours. You have a high affinity for numbers. Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage.
