RECRUITING SKILLS - this brings you with a completed commercial training or a completed study in the field of economics (e.g. BWL), social sciences (e.g. adult education, psychology) or the like. You have first professional experience in recruiting or personal management - also in the form of internships, student work activities or in the context of your vocational training Flexibility, dynamics and curiosity - you always follow the latest recruiting trends and like to go new, innovative ways You bring real drive and motivation and you want to actively move things An open and independent way of working distinguishes you and you have the necessary 'Macher gene' Flowing German knowledge and good English skills complete your profile
