Regulatory & Network Charge Management: Control of Network Charge Procedures by definitions of the Federal Network Agency, StromNEV and GasNEV (e.g. Cost Examination Procedures, Determination of Revenue Limits) Authorities & Association Communications: Contact Persons for Regulatory Authorities, Economics and Industry Associations (e.g. BDEW, VKU) and Participation in Working Groups Monitoring & Analysis: Continuous Monitoring and Assessment of Regulatory Developments and Processing of Implications for Management Strategic development: Significant participation in the regulatory strategy of Westfalen Weser Netz Advising internal departments (asset management, network planning, controlling) with regard to regulatory requirements and optimising investment decisions Data Collection & Reporting: Own-sponsored creation of regulatory energy data queries, reports and evidence as well as plausibility of network code numbers

Qualification: Successfully completed studies in economic engineering, as well as business administration, economic law or a comparable degree course Occupational experience in the field of energy regulation (network) with a network operator, provider, an authority or consultancy Knowledge: Funded knowledge of the Energy Economics Act (EnWG) and the related regulations and regulations of the Federal Network Agency Flexibility: Occasional travel and driving licence Class B Analytical thinking: Embossed numerical understanding, strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of economic relationships in network operation Communication strength: negotiating security, enforcement strength and the ability to understand complex issues for internal and external stakeholders
