Project Management Metal Construction (m/f/d)

You prepare project orders and construction measures: from offer and costing to material, extra-performance and wage costs to the performance description. You plan the project process in MS Project, coordinate appointments, personnel, suppliers and external services as well as the construction site facility. You run kick-off meetings, tune with clients, architects, assembly and other structures. You monitor execution, quality, appointments and cost-effectiveness at the construction site – including target-actual cost control, follow-up management and documentation. You are responsible for compliance with safety and safety regulations and for a clean, safe and efficient construction site. You accompany acceptance, object transfer, final calculation and post-calculation until successful project completion. You take responsibility for the technical and economic implementation of your projects and actively contribute your knowledge to the team.

Complete training in metal construction, as technicians, construction managers or comparable qualifications Experience in designing, construction or project processing in metal, steel or plant engineering Safe handling of costing, performance directories, scheduling and MS Project Technical understanding, organizational design and a structured, solution-oriented operation Communication strength for handling customers, architects, suppliers, subcontractors and the internal team Awareness of responsibility, quality and knowledge in occupational safety Driving licence Class B and readiness to construction site dates
