Development, coordination and implementation of corporate customer consulting goals together with your team Responsibility for the holistic consulting and support of corporate customers, in particular in the commercial and medium-sized segments Participation and implementation of the sales strategy with focus on the Bank's omnichannel strategy Potential-oriented raising of growth opportunities in your customer portfolio and your responsible business area Impulse for the permanent optimization of business processes

Successfully completed banking training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) and continuing training based on it (bank specialist, bank manager's degree or comparable degree) Multiannual leadership experience and experience in corporate customer consulting (e.g. as a branch director (m/w/d), branch manager (m/w/d), business manager (m/w/d) or comparable) Knowledge of the relevant legal regulations and regulations in the corporate customer credit business High customer orientation and readiness Strong sales orientation with adequate risk awareness with the aim of creating positive customer experiences
