We are looking for an employee at the Education and Sport department at the earliest possible time as a childcare manager for the primary school at Tannenplatz (m/w/d) Full-time, indefinite Payment is made according to the qualification according to the tariff level up to the pay group S16 SuE-TVöD.

Your tasks: Organisation, coordination, control and management of the care offer as well as educational guidance and expert advice of the team members Responsibility for personnel, administrative activities and professional management of the staff central contact person for school, parents, team members as well as the education and sports department for all questions/thematic positions of school child care Working according to the open concept/the educational guidelines of the city of Ulm, including cross-group cooperation and promotion of child participation Educational work at the child Planning and management of services during holiday care Support in the further development of the site conception increased integration of external offers and interculturality, inclusion, integration into everyday care Guidance of trainees, interns and volunteers

Your profile: a completed study of social education (FH/DH/BA), a completed training for the educator with additional qualification or a comparable qualification with theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of “release and experience education” well-founded educational knowledge in the development of children in primary school strong leadership skills Joy in working with primary students high level of responsibility and commitment strong communication and team skills and sensitivity Network coordination and joy very good German knowledge (min. level C2) Willingness to adapt working time to school rhythm
