For our MEDIAN Klinik Hoppegarten we are looking for a dedicated and powerful personality as a technical head of home technology / location manager (m/w/d). In this responsible key position, you take over the technical and organizational management of the technical field and ensure the safe, economical and trouble-free operation of all building facilities. As a competent contact person, you can consult and coordinate the clinic management, authorities, public bodies and external experts. Together with your team, you will ensure a smooth clinic operation and ensure compliance with all legal, technical and safety-relevant requirements. At the same time, you are always looking at the quality, economics, sustainability and the continuous development of the technical infrastructure.

Organisation and technical management of the building technology Location Ensuring perfect functioning and monitoring the entire building technology in compliance with Legal regulations and safety standards Control and coordination of reconstruction and construction measures and projects Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting on electrical and building technology Installation, updating, seizure and documentation maintenance planning Maintenance, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment, equipment and installations in the clinic Ensuring operational safety and compliance with legal regulations Monitoring and compliance of all safety and accident prevention regulations and occupational safety within the department Contact person for external specialist companies and assistance in maintenance and repair work Participation in technical assistance

Successfully completed training as a plant mechanic Heating, Sanitary and Climate Technology or as an electrician/electronicser (preferably with master or technical completion) Interest in business thinking and cost awareness Ideally leadership experience Imprinted service, customer and team orientation Enforcement capability and safe occurrence driving licence class B Ideal experience in the area of clinic, or public building operation Self-employed, structured and careful working Responsibility and team skills Basic knowledge of MS Office; Experience with building control technology
