Working Student (f/m/d) Receivables Management

In your work student activity, you are an important member of our customer service team – you are in contact with our customers and answer their requests in writing and by phone. You help colleagues in preparing, creating and sending reminders for our products electricity and gas as well as in account clarifications. In addition, you support the team in preparing debt collection charges as well as in the blocking process of our land-use area. You are responsible for the payment of credits and receivables on the customer accounts. Your tasks also include the collection, evaluation and plausibility of billing-relevant data as well as the calculation, creation and correction of bills as well as the maintenance of SEPA man data.

You are currently completing your studies – ideally in the field of business management, economics or energy management – and can at best provide first experience in customer support or energy. You bring the willingness to work on new tasks. You have a customer-oriented and careful way of working and you draw your attention through your communication strength and team skills. The features and programs of the Microsoft Office-365 environment have been able to safely suit you.
