SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operation and integration of the SAP systems HCM on-premise as well as connected subsystems and ensure smooth operation of the HR system landscape As a central contact for the HR department, you are competently advising SAP HCM and other tools of personnel administration and accounting Together with the team, you develop an application strategy for HR landscape and drive the optimization of HR processes based on new technologies such as H4S4, Fiori and SuccessFactors You actively shape the further development of the SAP HCM landscape – in close cooperation with stakeholders from the departments Own responsibility you take over the project and subproject management for the strategic development of the SAP HCM You analyze existing HR processes, identify optimization potentials and translate technical requirements into technical solutions

You have several years of professional experience with focus on German accounting in the SAP HCM environment You have a deep understanding of human resources processes, especially for billing-specific processes and accompanying customizing High IT affinity and an interest in IT-based implementation of HR processes characterize you You have knowledge of the ABAP development environment, Adobe Forms and FIORI Customer and service orientation as well as team skills You have a high degree of initiative, flexibility and resilience
