You independently handle national and international payment transactions, especially for Switzerland You check invoices and order and balance incoming and outgoing payments Start and check payment suggestions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and execute payments in the system You check payment recipients as part of the Verification of Payee (VOP) and participate in automated dunning You plan and run number runs and support in the further development of release processes (e.g. SFirm, Konfipay, VEU) You work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners (banks)

You have a completed training as a bank clerk (m/w/d), a book-holder training, a study with finance reference or a comparable qualification You bring experience in payment transactions or accounting understanding, for example from creditor accounting or banking You have first experience in processing payment suggestions and knowledge in SFirm are beneficial You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel You work carefully and structured with high number affinity You are team-ready and resilient, even in labor-intensive phases, and have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You have a perfect guide and a Schufa-Auskunft
