In the InnoWerk you play a central role in our digital transformation.

They analyze existing systems with advanced tools, identify optimization potentials and define technical requirements. They implement prototypes with Python. They develop data-driven solutions with machine learning and integrate AI models for process optimization. You can also create documentation and presentations.

Master or equivalent degree of (economic)informatics, (financial)mathematics or (geo)physics Very good knowledge and practical experience in the programming languages Python, Matlab, Java, C++ and R as well as in package development, object-oriented programming (OOP) and in handling SQL databases Safe handling of Git and GitLab as well as the application of clean code principles and experience with development tools such as VS Code and IntelliJ Experiences in the field of machine learning, the solution of optimization problems by means of genetic algorithms, the use of the OpenAI API as well as the implementation of function calling and the development and use of agent systems Experience in creating linked static and interactive visualizations with Python, Matlab or Java and ideally experience in the integration of visualizations in agent systems.
