This position is not a classic assistance role, but a key business position in the CEO Office.

You are not a classical assistant, but a personality with structure, entrepreneurial spirit and implementation strength. You have already planned and implemented projects independently and take responsibility for results. First professional experience after your studies or your training you bring. Ideally, you have already worked directly with management or top management. Complex topics structure you quickly and set clear priorities. Your working style is characterized by driving things forward instead of just accompanying. You go to projects in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner and bring them into implementation consistently. You recognize relationships quickly and trade accordingly. You stand up sovereignly, you stay clear and respectful. Discretion and loyalty are of course for you. The need to really change things and get effect, motivates you. Experiences in areas such as project management, business development, strategy or consulting are advantageous. Ideally, you have worked in a dynamic environment or in the middle class.
