Interface function between operations, customers and business development management

Consultation and support of customers by e-mail or telephone in the dispatch processing of international railways

Preparation and participation in regular consultations with customers

Single Point of Contact and Operational Resolution of selected customers

Responsibility for achieving defined KPI and objectives (GP, quality, costs, dates)

Documentation and creation of key figures, reports and reporting

Process recording, improvement and documentation

Representation activities for team management

A completed secondary education, a degree in economics/logistics or comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in the field of forwarding & logistics with focus on operating

Professional experience in Customs, Disposition FTL/LTL, Customer Service and Costing of Transports

Hellogic / CargoWise knowledge desirable

Organizational talent, communication strength, flexibility and safe occurrence

Proactive and independent work with responsibility
