Service Support Specialist II (m/f/d)

For our field service we are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented personality that combines operational excellence, technical service quality and safe, efficient deployment planning. In this role, you take on a central expert role in the field service and actively contribute to strengthening long-term customer relationships and sustainable service processes. Your tasks Acquisition of a central expert role in field service and support in ensuring high performance and service quality. Planning, control and monitoring of service operations, maintenance activities and corrective measures taking into account quality, costs, appointments and security. Support for efficient resource, deployment and budget planning in Field Service including time and cost management. Ensuring the successful implementation of service contracts, agreed performance indicators and customer-related service requirements. Continuous optimization of processes, tools and workflows to increase efficiency, transparency and operational excellence. Close cooperation with Engineering, Technical Service, Account Management, Finance, Legal, QHSE and other interfaces to ensure smooth processes. Construction and maintenance of long-term customer relationships as well as professional processing of escalations, complaints and warranty topics. Identification of business potentials in the service environment, for example by contract extensions, spare parts, retrofits or additional services. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and high QHSE standards in their own areas of responsibility. Regular reporting of relevant KPIs and deriving appropriate measures to improve service quality, customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

Your profile Complete studies in the field of engineering, economic engineering, business management or a comparable technical qualification. Multiannual experience in field service, operation management or in a comparable senior specialist, ideally in plant engineering, renewable gas, power plants or industrial service environment. Found experience in coordinating service operations, dealing with customers and working with budgets and operational key figures. Good understanding of service contracts, resource planning, customer management and economic relationships. Embossed customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working. Very good communication and stakeholder management skills at different hierarchical levels. High awareness of quality, occupational safety, health and environmental standards. Safe handling of common IT and business applications; Experience with Field-ServiManagement tools is beneficial. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel regularly within the region to be supervised.
