As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

The BWI account management is the business-driven interface to the customer and the first contact for the customer. In addition to customer support, planning and development, account management is responsible for the creation of offers, the closing of contracts, contract management and the monitoring of contract implementation by the supplying units. The area of engagement management is subordinate to Account Operations. In addition to the optimization and further development of the engagement management process, he is responsible, in particular, for the operationalization and implementation of the IT-assisted supply processing from the request to the implementation check (transfer to the performance-providing units) and is therefore responsible for the preparation of all offers and contracts compliant with the specifications from the BWI to the Bundeswehr and also other contractors.

Your profile:

• Complete study in the IT field or comparable qualification
• Mind. 2 years of relevant professional experience and several years of experience in project management
• Knowledge and experience in IT
• knowledge of the organization and processes of the Bundeswehr, BAAINBw and BMVg as well as a safe handling of customers
• High communication, presentation and moderation capabilities, readiness to learn, organisational and enforcement capabilities as well as customer-oriented, careful and conscientious working
• Embossed quality and result orientation
• German language skills in word and writing

Your tasks:

Multi-project management for IT offering projects, including all necessary areas

Proactive control of the supply process including responsibility for complete documentation and ensuring compliance and reporting capability

Initialization, monitoring and monitoring of the release process of BWI

Support for customer appointments as part of the offer and negotiation phase

Transparent communication (internal and external) via prioritization and appointment together with the Account Management
