As a network technician, you are responsible for optimization and troubleshooting in these areas: Provision, operation and error analysis of Citrix ADC Netscaler Configuration and management of load balancing, content switching, Citrix Gateway and SSL certificates Administration incl. installation of updates and patches in the Citrix environment Management and configuration of access controls including LDAP connection and multifactor authentication Configuration and administration of active network components in the area of LAN / WAN and WLAN You plan and implement network infrastructure systems according to the latest standards You create and maintain documentation in the area of responsibility

You have completed training in the field of technical informatics or comparable technical training You have extensive and deep experience and knowledge in the field of Citrix NetScaler (SDX and VPX) as well as basic knowledge in network administration, ideally even with Next generation firewall environments Basic knowledge in Active Directory and basic knowledge in Reverseproxy Corresponding certifications in the Citrix and Network environment as well as ITIL knowledge are advantageous At best, you already have knowledge of CISCO, Fortinet, Lancom, HP and Alcatel You can communicate in writing and orally in German without any problems and use your English knowledge for understanding the common literature You are a team player with a structured and process-oriented way of working, networked thinking and acting as well as a pronounced service orientation High readiness, fast understanding and self-motivation complete your profile
