For the further growth of our company we are looking for you as: Pflegedirektor/ Pflegedirektorin (m/w/d) in Chemnitz. The position is to be filled in full time (38 hours/week).

Your tasks:

• They lead the location in all business, human and organizational questions.
• They ensure compliance with quality, hygiene standards and UVV.
• They drive forward the development of the site and strategically align it.
• This includes externally, inter alia, the interconnection of the site by establishing and maintaining active networks and acquisition of new customers, and internally with the establishment of a loadable internal communication.

This will bring you:

• You have completed a successfully completed nursing training with subsequent training for the PDL or comparable degree.
• They have experience in outpatient and/or semi-stationary care and experience in the leadership level.
• They possess sound business knowledge and organizational excellence.
• A target-oriented and motivating leadership competence with empathic communication skills is what distinguishes you.
• They maintain an empathic and cordial handling.
