The GBE is a subsidiary of the city of Pforzheim. Our task is the qualification, accompaniment, employment and mediation of people with support needs. For this we implement offers for young people and adults within the framework of various programmes. Our strengths lie in the professional (re-) integration of people with a number of barriers to placement, remote from the labour market. We use a complex system of case management, assistance with (psycho-)social difficulties, competence determination (profiling), employment and (vocational) qualification.

For the implementation of several offers for the professional integration of long-term unemployed in Pforzheim, we are looking for committed and qualified employees in full or part-time at the earliest opportunity.

Jobcoaches / Job coaches / Teachers (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

You coach, advise and support unemployed adults with the aim of sustainable professional integration. You analyze individual potentials, obstacles and support needs and develop realistic perspectives together with the participants. You design and conduct training, workshops and seminars to strengthen personal and social skills. You support the creation of professional application documents and prepare participants for interviews. You acquire internships, training and jobs and maintain contacts with regional companies. You work closely with Jobcenter, companies and other network partners. You document consultations, promotional courses and attendance professionally.

Recognised professional or academic degree Experience in the participant-oriented discussion, support and counselling of people who are remote from the labour market and disadvantaged Good knowledge of the regional labour market and operational recruitment and selection processes relevant experience in application training and the creation of application documents Very good German knowledge in word and writing and safe handling of MS Office applications Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High social competence, empathy and sensitivity for different situations of life.
