Employee in international order management (m/f/d)

You accept customer orders by phone, email or sales department and collect them carefully in the system. You care and process orders in the goods management system. You tune dates with customers, monitor order status and ensure transparent communication. You recognize errors early, report them and develop suitable solutions. You control and balance RTPs (open and closed load carriers) within the EU. You opt for customer orders, for example by rebooking, the use of self-drivers and the planning of lifting and lowering processes. You monitor the stocks of depots and service centers and ensure their availability. You support the Supply Network EU department and are in daily exchange with internal and external contacts. You create control overviews and carry out invoice checks. You support the maintenance of master data and quality management audits. You tune tours and build fixed relations in the EU dispatch. You take care of the employees assigned to you and actively participate in their further development.

You have a completed business studies, a commercial training or a comparable qualification. You have good English skills, as well as another European foreign language such as e.g. French, Spanish, Dutch or Italian. First experiences in the freight or logistics sector are advantageous. You have very good IT skills and are sure to deal with the current IT applications. You are characterized by flexibility, reliability and a high degree of organizational ability. You also work in challenging situations in a durable, structured and solution-oriented manner. You bring the willingness to continually train yourself and unlock new areas of work. A very good working system and a pronounced sense of cost and responsibility complete your profile.
