You have a successfully completed Bachelor's degree in nursing or health management based on a three-year nursing training, a Master's degree is desirable You have a multi-year leadership and management experience You possess team spirit, organizational talent and pronounced social competence in dealing with people You have the ability to participate, motivate, promote self-employment and self-initiative You have knowledge in the application of modern management and communication instruments You are willing to take responsibility to implement and shape the company's strategic and economic goals in the team You have a high degree of self-motivation
