Participation in the organisation and preparation of internal and external events (live and digital) Participation in location marketing activities including social media, press work and intranet communication Creation of acquisition documents, general presentations and company dossiers Implementation of competitive and market analyses in various industries Search for identifying potential business opportunities and market trends Use and evaluation of various databases and sources of information on the collection of relevant data Maintenance and updating of the internal CRM system

Studies in the field of real estate, business or economics, humanities, communication or economics or in a comparable course of studies in the advanced semester Safe handling of popular MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, as well as creative implementation of content and topics Ideally first practical experience in the real estate industry Very good German knowledge (at least B2) Impressed communication strength, reliability, analytical thinking, self-employment, organisational ability and high learning readiness
