Control workforce management: You are responsible for the further development of our workforce management system and actively shape the structure, use and strategic orientation. Multi-channel controller responsible: You are responsible for the multi-channel management of the SV and ensure efficient, cross-media work control. Design and maintain systems: The technical responsibility for central control systems is transferred from development to stable operation. Structure requirements: You capture and consolidate the technical requirements and transfer them in a structured and address-oriented manner into system-oriented specialist concepts. Control tests: You design test cases, execute them and accompany the technical decrease of turnover in close coordination with IT and specialist areas. Supporting changes: change processes by active communication and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Know-how shows that You bring a degree, e.g. in (activity) mathematics, (activity) information, economics, or comparable qualifications. Experience: Multiannual experience in IT coordination as well as project and process management allows you to start safely. Understanding relationships: knowledge in the insurance industry and ideally in personnel planning and work management are supported in your role. Action Analytical: High performance orientation, analytical thinking and a structured way of working distinguish you – combined with a sovereign and cooperative appearance.
