Speaker for Product Ownership & Product Control of AI Applications (m/f/d)

Product Ownership and Product Management: You control and accompany the use of AI-assisted assistance systems in the HMdF business unit and act as a central technical interface between beneficiaries, specialist areas, technical operations, external service providers and management levels. Requirements and impulse management: You evaluate, prioritise and structure product and usage-related impulses as well as technical requirements from the department and control their transfer into defined decision-making and specialist processes. Coordination of further developments: You control and accompany the professional development of AI-assisted assistance systems, coordinate coordination with relevant stakeholders and support the organisation of new functions, requirements and usage scenarios. Communication and Network Control: You establish and accompany exchange formats with disciplines and stakeholders, support the spatial communication, promote the acceptance of AI-based applications and accompany organisational change processes in the context of AI deployment. Governance, documentation and quality assurance: You participate in the further development of governance, documentation and quality standards for the use of AI-based assistance systems and introduce your own professional impulses into existing control and coordination processes.

A successfully completed academic degree (Diplom University or Master) from the fields of administrative, economic or legal sciences with reference to digitalization and transformation or from the fields of computer science, administrative informatics or business informatics. Practical experience in the area of digitalization, product ownership, product management, administrative modernization or control of transformation projects. In addition to a high affinity for AI technologies, experience in the introduction of AI-based applications and an understanding of opportunities, risks and organisational requirements of generic AI are required. Expertise: Understanding organizational, technical and technical relationships as well as knowledge of process, communication and coordination structures in the context of digital administrative processes and larger organisations. Methodology competence: Experience with agile project management methods and tools, strong organizational capacity and the ability to combine different technical requirements and interests and translate them into digital solutions. Analysis and communication skills: ability to identify complex technical and organizational relationships, to prepare them for different audiences and decision-making levels in a comprehensible manner and to communicate them with a safe occurrence in a address-oriented manner. Team orientation: joy in cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams as well as in managing and supporting cross-departmental voting and project processes.
