We are looking for an EHS Specialist (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in the field of environment, health and safety.
The position is located in Weingarten and reports to the EHS Country Manager Poland and Germany.
Local presence and language skills are important to fulfill the core tasks.
Your tasks: Analyse legal and group-internal EHS regulations and their implementation in location-specific processes Implementation of assessments and active participation in risk and hazard analyses Support in the creation of operating instructions Planning, preparation, support in the implementation and documentation of instruction Data recording and processing for compiling government reports and management reviews Implementation of measurements to monitor workplace limit values. Takeover of the function of security
You are an engineer for occupational safety, technicians or masters and/or have training on safety (m/w/d) Further qualifications in the occupation are of advantage (e.g.: fire protection, explosion protection, health management etc.) You bring relevant experience in the EHS environment, ideally as a specialist for occupational safety in similar positions with You are able to understand complex legal regulations and implement them at the site. Knowledge of the handling of hazardous materials and dangerous goods is advantageous You will enjoy working in an international environment You have fluent German knowledge and strong communication skills in English in word and writing
