What are your tasks as a store manager:in at Swiss Sense?

• You take responsibility for your own store and guide a motivated team of sellers:inside
• You communicate with your team at eye level and make sure you're all moving together
• You are in regular exchange with the Regional Manager:in order to analyse key figures, plan suitable measures and develop new ideas
• Sales advice and order processing can be mastered in sleep
• To put you into the needs of the customers is not a nightmare for you, but a naturalness

When does the store manager position fit you?

• Multiannual professional experience in sales, ideally as Store Manager:in or in a comparable role, bringing along and convinces by your communication strength and your sympathetic appearance
• Have an enthusiastic personality and think of solution-oriented to continuously improve work processes and customer service
• Wissbe greedy and have the pleasure of constantly developing you
• Your team will be seen as a key player in success
• With computers and key figures, you can master them as part of your everyday life
• Want to work full time and live near Bielefeld
