More than 3,300 employees take care of around 8,300 people per year in the elderly, disabled assistance, hearing-language center, youth assistance and addiction aid. Our team with 15 employees of the multi-storey living facility ''Charlotte'' in Ravensburg currently offers 23 people aged 20-68 a loving and supportive home. The need for care is low, even due to the lack of accessibility in the house. We are at the forefront of promoting self-employment. About half of our residents are deaf, which is why we attach great importance to barrier-free communication. Our dedicated team accompanies the residents individually in their everyday lives, with the aim of promoting their self-employment and enabling a self-determined life. We create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable and develop personally. Our ''Charlotte'' is community-integrated and located in the centre of Ravensburg and allows our residents an optimal participation in urban life.
