The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

We are looking to strengthen our Facility Management unit at the Munich office at the next possible time

in permanent employment, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.)

Energy management: tendering and awarding of strategic and tactical tasks of energy management to external stakeholders, as well as performing appropriate interface functions Control of the combined central energy purchase and management of energy supply contracts Coordination, monitoring and documentation of ESG projects, including energy recovery measures Processing, provision and evaluation of relevant energy, consumption and sustainability indicators Creation and maintenance of data bases in the CAFM system Building management: Ensuring the ongoing operation and the full responsibility for the operator for our office in Munich Maintenance planning incl. Production and running cost control Ordering and monitoring of repairs and repairs incl. Audit of accounts Coordination and active support of the mastery Strategic and operational purchasing of the entire office furniture requirement, taking into account all requirements of the workplace directive Systematic design, administration and updating of the inventory directory for office furniture and office equipment using CAFM software Planning, coordination and implementation of internal moves, furniture assignments and storage

Vocational and technical training as far as possible with specialist training or comparable completed university studies Multiannual relevant professional experience in energy and building management Commercial knowledge in operational building operations and as far as possible moving management Funded EDV knowledge and safe handling of CAFM software, preferably NOVA Structured independent working and team skills Service and communication strength driving licence class B
