Noodle soup like Ur-Oma Anna, Wild from the neighboring forests or handmade resin cheese from the cheese shop in the neighboring village – we are at home in the resin and would like to give our guests a culinary impression of the region during their visit. From the product variety of our regional suppliers, we conjure creative compositions that make the resin and its surroundings tasteable. Quality, tradition and passion are always the focus. The label awards high-quality products, culinary specialties and traditional crafts from the region.

You are a real specialist in the preparation of fish, meat & sauces, have a deep understanding of the composition and harmonious interaction of ingredients and love the development of new dishes and flavor combinations?
