Central interface for customer requests for invoice complaints and other customer requests Processing of customer complaints as well as efficient and fast processing of clarification cases Professional customer support as part of effective complaint management to increase customer satisfaction Close cooperation with our customers and internal teams to develop and implement customer-oriented solutions Careful documentation of all processes in the customer profile of Schindler systems

Successfully completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in finance Good MS Office knowledge and ideally SAP knowledge Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as advanced English skills Embossed hand-on mentality, fast conception and team orientation Independent, structured and conscientious working Loadability and flexibility in managing different tasks in daily business
