Acquisition of new customers and development and support of strategic key accounts from the semiconductor industry. Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with decision-makers:inside and operating stakeholders on the customer side. Management of contract and price negotiations and the conclusion of long-term customer agreements. Responsibility for the budget of the Air Logistics Semicon business and control of relevant performance indicators. Analysis of market and competition developments for identifying growth opportunities and risks. Development and implementation of customer-specific logistics solutions taking into account the high requirements of the semiconductor industry. Leadership, further development and motivation of the semicon team at the Dresden and Frankfurt locations as well as promoting a powerful and customer-oriented team culture. Control of strategic tenders and coordination of all commercial, operational and qualitative requirements in the tender process. What makes you Successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of logistics, supply chain management, economy or comparable discipline. Multiannual professional experience in air freight, ideally in the areas of air logistics, product management, key account management or business development. Funded understanding of air freight products, operational processes and complex international supply chains. Experience in the development and implementation of customer-specific logistics solutions and in the management of strategic customer relationships. Detectable leadership experience as well as joy in developing, motivating and achieving common goals. Experience in managing cross-disciplinary projects and working with international stakeholders. Designed commercial orientation as well as experience in budgetary responsibility, tendering and contract negotiations. knowledge of English; German knowledge is of advantage and is highly appreciated.
