Service Employee (m/w/d) Customer Service and Material Control

For a medium-sized, owner-managed mechanical engineering company, we are looking for a customer service employee (m/w/d).

Telephone customer support for existing orders and clarification of open questions with internal departments Creating assembly schedules Visibility and analysis of the order papers during commissioning (required materials) Ensuring scheduled delivery/delivery of parts, modules and tools Production of works contracts for production Evaluation of all assembly reports and implementation of assembly discussions Coordination of material quality and material procurement in the internal process chain with the respective specialist areas Writing offers for assembly work in the ERP system

You have completed a (commercial) training or you have experience. Professional experience in customer service is of advantage, but no need. Knowledge in handling ERP systems is available. You are a team player and convince by your independent and conscientious way of working.

The job is full-time and is initially written for 6 months as part of the transfer of employees. JOBV1_EN
